To prepare an accurate transportation quote, it is helpful to provide: • Container number (if available) • Steamship line • Pickup terminal • Delivery address • Container size • Container weight • Appointment information (if applicable) • Any special delivery requirements Photos of the container or shipping documents can also be helpful when available. If you do not have all of this information yet, our team can still assist you.

Our dispatch team works to coordinate pickups as efficiently as possible while keeping customers informed throughout the transportation process.

Question 11

What happens if my container is delayed?

Accepted Answer

Container delays may occur due to customs examinations, steamship line release delays, terminal congestion, terminal appointment availability, chassis availability, or warehouse scheduling.
